DOOLAN AWARD WINNING NATIONAL MUSEUM OF SCOTLAND REFURBISHMENT TALK BY GARETH HOSKINS ARCHITECTS

Our next event takes place on Thursday 22 March 2012 at the Raploch Community Campus, Stirling FK8 1RD with our networking lunch, AGM and afternoon of CPD events kindly sponsored by Gartcarron Fire Engineering ( www.gartcarronfireengineering.co.uk ) Continuing our Chapter tradition we have secured the Doolan award winning Gareth Hoskins Architects  who will be presenting their work on the refurbishment of the National Museum of Scotland. Other speakers include Sandy Killbourn of Gartcarron Fire Engineering on Fire Engineering and Building Safety, John Russell of Russwood Timber on the use of timber & cladding and Sam Anwar of the Scottish Government Planning Directorate on the new Householder Permitted Development Regulations. The ‘Real Stirling Prize’ Building of the Year Award 2012 competition will also be launched during the afternoon.

Event is open to all.
