Arka Architects, Falkirk with the 7a-7c Scott Avenue, Polmont for Tweedmuir Developments. This development of 3 individual and unique contemporary homes exhibits a clean and measured approach to residential design.

Arka Architects, Falkirk with the Cairneymount Church Residential Conversion, Maddiston for GRS Homes. This carefully considered conversion successfully manages to weave 2 substantial family homes into a disused church.

Turato Architecture, Alloa with a Residential Extension to 42 Randolph Road, Stirling for David & Lesley Mitchell. This clever and contemporary extension carefully integrates internal spaces with external garden areas whilst respecting the existing home.

Bracewell Stirling Consulting, Tillicoultry with the Falkirk Stadium South Stand for Falkirk South Stand Development Company Limited. This entry provides a fine piece of engineering and sports design to enhance the stadium and complement the aesthetics of the existing Main whilst providing additional commercial facilities for Falkirk Football Club.

Bracewell Stirling Consulting, Tillicoultry with The Crosbie House, Glen Road, Torwood for Mr & Mrs Crosbie. This detached family home sits comfortably on Glen Road and combines traditional forms and materials with a more contemporary open plan glazed approach to take advantage of the spectacular vistas to the North.

Bracewell Stirling Consulting, Tillicoultry with The Frew House, Glen Road, Torwood for Mr & Mrs Frew.This extensive and finely detailed detached family home makes clever use of the existing site topography to integrate this home into the landscape of Glen Road.

Lewis & Hickey Limited, Edinburgh with the Library Refurbishment for the University of Stirling. This revitalising refurbishment and reconfiguration provides the existing 1960’s building with a well designed and discretely serviced library fit for the 21st Century.
